We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee all electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. The role involves managing a team of electricians and liaising with engineers, contractors, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in line with project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Review electrical plans, blueprints, and schematics, and provide guidance to the team to ensure accurate implementation.
• Assign tasks to electricians and monitor daily progress to maintain project schedules.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues with electrical systems and coordinate with engineers to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and site conditions for project reporting.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, conducting regular safety briefings and toolbox talks.
• Work closely with other supervisors and department heads to support seamless project progress.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor, with a focus on construction projects in the UAE.
• Proven track record in supervising electrical works on high-rise or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
