We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality work within deadlines. Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work on various projects. - Supervise and lead a team of electricians and technicians to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks. - Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues or malfunctions. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, codes, and regulations in all electrical work. - Plan and schedule work assignments, ensuring that project deadlines are met. - Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. - Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their technical skills and professional development. - Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment maintenance. - Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of electrical systems and processes. - Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in electrical supervision and project management. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment, as well as relevant codes and regulations. - Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and achieving project objectives. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly. - Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project planning and execution capabilities. - Familiarity with industry-standard tools, software, and equipment used in electrical engineering and construction projects. - Valid electrical supervisor license or certification is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
