Job Summary: Looking for an Electrical Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Conduct tasks with the company\'s head of maintenance and inspection work
Lead the team to ensure proper maintenance of equipment and compliance with relevant electrical codes as well as safety regulations
Participate in different daily, weekly as well as site coordination meetings
Direct and train the team as necessary to support their development
Oversee all contractor personnel for the smooth execution of maintenance operations in the company
Make sure the organization and movement of spare parts is in accordance with the requirements of maintenance operations
Required to promote a safe work environment
Oversee all work conducted in accordance with relevant statutory regulations
Conduct any other related task as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
At least 2+ years of related experience required
Must have a strong passion for leading and developing team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be highly skilled in this field
Strong knowledge of electrical isolation and safe work procedures
Familiarity with tools, equipment as well as materials common to the electrical trade
Strong knowledge of the applicable electrical codes, standards as well as regulations
Must have relevant certificates from the UAE
