Job Title: Electrical Site Engineer/Project Engineer

Location: UAE

Experience: 8-10 years in UAE, specializing in 33/11kV Substations / Package station & 33kV Cable laying works with ADDC competency.

Responsibilities:

• Approval of existing of ADDC/AADC projects and Competency certificate.
• Possess a valid UAE Driving License.
• Ensure familiarity with ADDC Standards and Requirements to adhere to project specifications.
• Oversee PU Substation and 33KV Cable Laying Works ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Proficient in handling PU Substation Equipment's and ensuring their proper installation and functioning.
• Understand and implement Project Sequence of Works along with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Monitor Project Timeline and ensure timely milestone completion.
• Review Design Documents including Material Submittals, SLD, and Scheme Drawings as per ADDC Specifications.
• Utilize detailed design methods, standards, and data to meet Consultant/Client's requirements.
• Liaise with Authorities for NOC/Building Permit Approvals.
• Manage Resource Requirements and Allocation efficiently.
• Monitor Resource Productivity for Construction Activities and ensure optimization.
• Responsible for raising and coordinating with consultant for RCDR/RFI as per Quality Management Standards.
• Prepare Method Statements, FAT/SAT Procedures in a timely manner.
• Provide timely inputs for the preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports.
• Assist in the preparation of Monthly Invoicing.
• Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Coordinate with OEM for equipment procurement and technical support.
• Ensure effective Coordination with all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Demonstrate adherence to HSE and Quality Standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise site teams, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure project progress and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or relevant field.
• 8-10 years of experience in 33/11kV Substations / Package station & 33kV Cable laying works in the UAE.
• ADDC Competency is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of ADDC Standards and Requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• UAE Driving License is essential.
• The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery within specified timelines.
