Job Description

The Electrical Project Engineer is responsible for managing electrical engineering projects from concept to completion. They coordinate project activities, ensure adherence to specifications and regulations, and manage budgets and timelines. Electrical Project Engineers collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Oversee electrical engineering projects from concept to completion. Develop project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate project activities and manage project teams. Ensure adherence to specifications, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Review engineering designs and provide technical guidance. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to address project requirements and resolve issues. Monitor project budgets and control project costs. Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in electrical engineering. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Professional Engineering license is preferred. Proven experience as an Electrical Project Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards. Proficiency in electrical design software and AutoCAD. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
