Key Responsibilities: Prepare the Asset Management Plan (AMP) of the HV electrical network Ensure maintenance strategies are developed for all medium voltage equipment under the responsibility of the equipment manager, including all minimum He is responsible for the continuous review and improvement of maintenance strategies for medium voltage equipment under his responsibility, taking into account major and repetitive equipment failures. Ensure that all planned preventive and corrective maintenance activities are performed safely to minimize risks to the lowest possible level. Ensure that all preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and inspection activities are performed effectively based on schedule, running hours of operation, condition, etc. Ensure that KPIs for availability, reliability, cost, etc. of medium voltage equipment under their responsibility are monitored and achieved. Ensure that all KPIs and measurements required for medium voltage equipment are properly recorded and reported as required. Requirements specified by asset management. It is responsible for ensuring the integrity of all medium voltage equipment for which it is responsible, taking into account the age and maintenance of the equipment, by developing and carrying out appropriate prevention, forecasting and inspection activities. Manage a risk-based approach to corrective maintenance in progress, taking into account the increased risk to safety and operation in the event of multiple failures or defects. Ensure the most efficient use of their team, working closely with the Maintenance Planner to ensure work is accurately planned and executed. Manage suppliers for outsourcing of specialized services or activities, as required. Manage spare parts inventory requirements for all medium voltage equipment for which he is responsible. Ensure that their team has all the skills and competencies required to perform their normal duties. Develop the skills and competencies of team members, taking into account succession planning and career progression, as appropriate. Develop a budget for all planned preventive and corrective maintenance as well as typical equipment failures under its control. Proactively track and manage the cost of equipment maintenance, responding to rising costs and identifying ways to reduce them. Follow-up with Contractor for timely and quality execution of Maintenance, projects and Quality control on work done Develop and participate actively in our decarbonization strategy that brings key elements of our Net Zero planning process to provide a high-level framework for how our organization is going to act on Net carbon.

Who are we looking for :

Electrical engineer from high school (EMI, ENSEM,...) Have more than 5 years experience in HV electrical network maintenance Deep Understanding of Medium voltage Electrical Schematics: mastery in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams, focusing on power distribution, UPS systems, and Generators. Advanced Medium voltage circuit analysis techniques to understand complex electrical systems. Practical Application of Schematics in Troubleshooting: Utilizing electrical schematics for effective troubleshooting and fault identification in medium voltage infrastructure. Electrical System Design and Maintenance: knowledge of designing electrical systems, including redundancy configurations and energy efficiency improvements. Preventive and predictive maintenance practices for electrical Medium voltage equipment, based on manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices. Incident management, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning, with a focus on electrical system failures. Innovation and Continuous Learning: staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in electrical engineering for medium voltage equipment, including smart grid technologies, IoT-based monitoring systems, and renewable energy integration. Participation in workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance electrical engineering skills relevant medium voltage equipment. Able to listen to internal customer needs and constraints Able to communicate in written and oral English Able to manage crisis management situations (with Power cut,...) Risk management.
