Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Motor Winder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in winding electrical motors, particularly with experience handling motors up to 315 kW. This role requires precision, technical skill, and the ability to work on various types of electrical motors and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rewinding, repairs, and maintenance on electrical motors, including AC and DC motors up to 315 kW.
• Diagnose motor issues and determine the necessary winding and repair methods.
• Inspect and test electrical components and motors for faults, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Disassemble and reassemble motors as part of the rewinding process.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to ensure safe and effective repair and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials used, and time taken.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in motor rewinding, specifically with motors up to 315 kW.
• Strong understanding of motor mechanics, electrical principles, and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in using winding and testing equipment.
• Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with various motor types (AC/DC, single-phase, three-phase).
• Familiarity with safety standards in electrical repairs.
• UAE EXPERIANCE IS A PLUS
