Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Electrical Manager** to join our team! In this role you will get to **Provide management and direction for Electrical Engineering within a large PMCM program, overseeing all electrical design and construction , while coordinating with stakeholders and managing planning, budgets, schedules, quality control, risk mitigation, design scoping, and construction tasks.**
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Project Oversight: Manage the planning, design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems for construction projects.Coordination: Work closely with designers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all electrical work aligns with overall project goals.
+ Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations comply with local regulations and industry standards.
+ Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to guarantee high standards in all electrical work.
+ Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to electrical systems and develop mitigation strategies.
+ Budget Management: Monitor budgets related to electrical components of the project to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
+ Scheduling: Develop detailed schedules for electrical work that align with overall project timelines.
+ Reporting: Provide regular updates on the status of electrical work including progress reports on milestones achieved against planned targets as well as financial performance metrics such as budget adherence or cost overruns.
+ Scoping for Design Consultants and Design Management: Assist in the preparation of scoping documents for design consultants and manage design-related tasks effectively.
+ Design Review and Construction Management Tasks: Participate in design review processes and oversee construction management tasks to ensure seamless execution from planning through completion.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ BS Electrical Engineering with 15 years of experience in electrical engineering for infrastructure, utilities, and landscape projects.
+ PMCM Experience
+ At least 5 years of professional experience within the Qatar/GCC region
+ Experience in large leisure oriented masterplans
+ Electrical Engineering Expertise: Proficient in the design and construction of EHV, HV, MV, LV & ELV systems, as well as street lighting systems.
+ Project Management: Strong ability to manage planning, design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems for large-scale construction projects.
+ Coordination: Excellent coordination skills to work closely with designers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
+ Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of local regulations and industry standards to ensure all electrical installations comply.
+ Quality Control: Ability to implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in all electrical work.
+ Risk Management: Skilled in identifying potential risks related to electrical systems and developing effective mitigation strategies.
+ Budget Management: Competence in monitoring budgets related to electrical components to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
+ Scheduling: Proficiency in developing detailed schedules that align with overall project timelines.
+ Reporting: Capability to provide regular updates on the status of electrical work including progress reports on milestones and financial performance metrics such as budget adherence or cost overruns.
+ Design Scoping & Management: Experience in preparing scoping documents for design consultants and managing design-related tasks effectively.
