- Working as multi-discipline on assigned project, specifically for electrical, instrumentation and Telecom systems.
- Develop electrical system designs and specifications for oil and gas facilities
- Design and layout electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit to create detailed electrical drawings.
- Generate schematics, single-line diagrams, Load schedules and layouts for electrical systems.
- Collaborate with instrumentation and control engineers to integrate electrical systems with process control systems.
- Specify electrical equipment and components, considering project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with procurement to ensure the timely and accurate acquisition of electrical materials.
- Ensure that electrical designs comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Participate in hazard and risk assessments to identify and mitigate electrical safety risks.
- Preparing and checking Instrument Loop diagrams as well as System cabinet design / wiring.
- Design, development, and technical content of the Elec, I&C portion of project work.
- Knowledge of designing of control & instrumentation systems in basic and in details.
- Knowledge in developing Control Narratives and Functional Diagrams for DCS, ESD and PES.
- Knowledge on International Standards & Codes and safety measures related to ISA, IEC, ASME, API, NEC, BS, EN, ISO and NFPA standards.
- Develop detailed design documents for instrumentation and control systems, including P&IDs, control schematics, and layout drawings.
- Engineering Design, FEED and detail Engineering experience and Costing estimation for proposal in Telecom systems
- Experience in IT / Telecom field including Security & Safety, wired & wireless communication in Oil & Gas
- LAN &WAN, ACS, CCTV, FOC, IDS, PAGA, Hotline systems, F&G, and IP telephone etc
- Responsible for complete engineering document activities like preparing block diagram, functional design specification, datasheets, MR, equipment layouts, interconnection drawings, termination drawings, cabinet drawings.
