Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Electrical Inspector to join the NASEC Dubai team. As an Electrical Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical systems and installations throughout our construction projects. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the high standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability that our company upholds.

• Conduct inspections of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, low voltage systems, and equipment installations.
• Verify compliance with electrical drawings, specifications, international standards, and local regulations.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved materials, installation methods, and project schedules.
• Document and report inspection findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate closely with electrical engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.
• Conduct tests and measurements as needed to validate electrical system performance and functionality.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven 2-5 years of experience as an Electrical Inspector or similar role in construction projects, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, equipment, and relevant codes and standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with inspection tools, techniques, and software for documentation and reporting (Knowledgeable in using REVIT is preferred).
