• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that PPM and CM works are completed per O&M Manuals, PPM planner and onsite requirements.
• Manage third-party contractors/vendors for work order completion.
• Performing site surveys to identify ELV systems design deficiencies and assist in ELV system assets takeover from construction contractors to O&M contractors.
• Support the team with operations and maintenance issues with CCTV, DVRs, and different types of cameras.
• Oversee the implementation of fibre optic rollout throughout the city by performing telecom duct network inspections and coordinating with contractors.
• Hands-on knowledge of different standalone controllers covering the spectrum of irrigation, leak detection, traffic signals, Pump stations etc.
• Familiar and capable of handling BIMS/Parking Management Systems/Fire Control room/CCTV room operations management.
• Supervised the operations and maintenance of the ELV/BMS Systems DOC controllers & field instruments, such as temperature sensors, flow meters, actuators, dampers, smoke detectors etc., through approved contractors.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and involved in the design/review/ implementation of all ELV functions and discipline required for the project
• Supervise contractors and sub-contractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the suppliers\' O&M procedures for timely delivery of equipment.
• Ensure that tile installations of ELV-related systems (FAS, CCTV, ACS, PA) comply with the as-built drawings required specifications and standards.
• Responsible for site work implementation and documentation.
• Attend site meetings as and when required.
• To deliver high quality, prompt, and courteous O&M services in support of the customers business requirements, ensuring a safe working environment.
• To liaise with the customer\'s representative on ELV-related matters.
• Supervise the daily facilities operation of all ELV-related systems, including BMIS, Fire alarm systems, CCTV systems and audio-visual systems etc.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards.
• Maintain and ensure QCS, OCDD, and MOI standards in day-to-day ELV system upgrade works.
• To meet KPI requirements set by management from time to time.
• Ensure that all ELV-related disciplines are fully integrated with Client\'s CAFM systems, including work orders completion, KPls and SLAs.
• Review tender documents related to maintenance and system upgrades associated with ELV tenders.

Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of experience is required.
• Relevant experience on FM O&M projects is required.
• Infrastructure Experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Excellent command of the English Language.
• Good Communication skills in written and spoken English.
