Electrical Foreman

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ELECTRICAL FOREMAN to join our growing team. If you have a minimum of 3 years of similar experience and hold a valid UAE driving license, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

2. Site planning and distribution of manpower as per requirement.

3. Cable tray installation, Cable laying, Glanding, Cable dressing, Wiring & Termination.

4. Installation, Maintenance, Testing & Commissioning of MDB, SMDB, DB, MCC panel.

5. Manage a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects.

7. Troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient solutions.

8. Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to local codes and company standards.

Requirements and skills:

1. Diploma / ITI Certificate in Electrical Engineering.

2. Proven working experience (minimum 4 years) in UAE as an ELECTRICAL FOREMAN in a Medium / Small Contracting Company.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

4. Decision-making ability and strong leadership skills with excellent communication abilities skills to effectively collaborate with project teams.

5. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.

6. Project management and supervision skills.

7. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, electrical drawings/designs, and SEWA/DEWA/FEWA codes.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. UAE Driving licenses (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Industrial Electrician: 4 years (Required)
