Watercolor Interiors Bahrain is a leading interior design and fit-out company specializing in creating unique and innovative spaces. We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical works and a proven track record of successfully managing electrical installations in interior fit-out projects. Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee and manage all electrical aspects of interior fit-out projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical works. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of electricians, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards and within the project timeline. Installation and Wiring: Coordinate and oversee the installation and wiring of electrical systems, including lighting, power outlets, switches, and communication outlets. Equipment and Material: Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of necessary equipment, tools, and materials for electrical installations. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and checks to ensure that electrical installations comply with design, specifications, and industry standards. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues or malfunctions, and implement necessary repairs or maintenance as required. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Several years of experience as an Electrical Foreman, preferably in the interior fit-out industry. Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. Experience in installing and wiring lighting, power outlets, switches, and communication outlets. Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and drawings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
