We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman Electrical to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. As a Foreman Electrical, you will lead a team of electricians, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of electricians, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity. Plan and coordinate electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to determine project requirements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success. Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical industry and supervisory role.
- Valid electrical license or certification required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
