Electrical Foreman
Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee and coordinate the electrical aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical/MEP systems, proven leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage all Electrical site activities
• Ensure the continuity of work by following up on shop drawing approvals.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Electrical works, including electrical systems.
• Maintain compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and green building requirements.
• Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of Electrical/MEP systems and their installation.
• Familiarity with local building codes and green building requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
