JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Good Knowledge of electrical ,plumbing and firefighting material
• To purchase of technical goods and services for the projects from shops and receiving the materials from suppliers in company store and confirming the correct material has been received, to check the delivered qty and quality of goods as per issued PO, accordingly sending the material to relevant sites In addition to evaluate suppliers and negotiate purchase agreements with them, as well as maintain the inventory of supplies.
• To procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project quality and specification requirements upon coordination with the Managers an Site Engineers.
• All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost and quality.
• Oversee all supplier and subcontractors, as well as LPO issuance process and ensures delivery of material on site.
• To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.
• Handles the petty cash for quick action needed for emergency material request.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Electrical Diploma 10+3 years or 12+3 years
• Equivalency certificate of diploma from MOE
• Minimum of 2-3 years of similar experience
