Completing and maintaining accurate, updated documents and records. Problem-solving equipment breakdown and diagnose faults. Offering technical support and responding to clients' technical consultation and inquiries. Managing and accessing the needs of spare parts. Shifts and 'on-call' work may be required. Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities Understanding customer needs and concerns Providing a high level of customer service Preparing and submitting service reports Providing technical direction to the team Participating in the training of new team members Skills and Experience: BE/B.TECH in electric engineering Electrician with 3 years or more working experience Can read electric drawing. UAE Driving license is required. Proper experience in the maintenance industry, or interest in this area. Strong Hands-on skill and learning ability. Problem-solving experience in a busy environment.
