Reporting to the Estimation Manager and working closely with the technical team, trade estimators, procurement team and site teams, the role is responsible for managing all aspects of the tender from stage of receiving RFQ to successful Bid submission.
Study the RFQ tender documents, highlight the scope of work, design issues & prepare needed RFIs.
Serve as the technical expert on assigned tender, providing support and direction.
Prepare reports and presentations on project status, progress,and challenges.
Oversee, Provide technical support and co-ordinate the work.Prepare and build up BOQ from design drawings.
Estimate and confirm tender BOQ quantities.Tracking and Updating Supplier / Subcontractor profile in co-ordination.Updating the pricing database as per the market condition on a regular basis.
Conduct regular progress meetings with team members to identify and resolve issues.
Ability to recognize and be responsive to the needs of all clients of the organization.

Experience and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5-10 years' experience as an Estimation Engineer in the MEP Company.
Strong electrical technical experience is essential.
Equivalency certificate and ADQCC Certificate (Preferred)
