Parsons creates interconnected communities and world-class infrastructure.Electro-mechanical Engineer is assigned to coordinate the works of MEP construction and and is responsible to the Assistant Resident Engineer or Resident Engineer. Should work closely with the Structural Engineer, Structural Engineer, Utility Engineer, Materials Engineer and Surveyors throughout the works.What You\'ll Be Doing:Coordinate and liaise with Utility Agency representatives and Contractor with regard to all construction approvals and design changes, as necessary.Monitor materials submissions and approvals and review updating of Materials Schedule to mitigate any construction delays.General oversight of Constructions inspection, surveying and testing requests for MEP works.Review and approval of the Contractors MEP Shop Drawings as delegated by the Resident Engineer.Preparation of MEP Meetings minutes.Coordinate and monitor all inspections, testing and materials reconciliation required to commission all MEP works, in order to obtain final N.O.C.s.Verify measurements of work taken by Inspectors and Land Surveyors.Review of as - built utilities drawings in coordination with inspectors and surveyors.What Required Skills You\'ll Bring:Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) with typically 8+ years of related work experience.8+ years of managing construction and supervising of infrastructure projects including road/street lights (LED).Professional Engineer registration may be required.Must have the ability to develop strong working relationships with third party client, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.Experience in dealing with government authorities such as DEWA, RTA, DM etc.Thorough knowledge of DEWA regulations and standards.Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
