Job Description

We are seeking an experienced DM G+12/DEWA approved Electrical Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering with a focus on construction projects. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, execution, and mobilisation of work sites, and overseeing the execution and installation of electrical systems in construction projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop electrical design plans for construction projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine electrical system requirements and identify any potential obstacles or challenges.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and schematics for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to procure electrical materials and equipment, reviewing product specifications and conducting quality inspections as needed.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on construction sites, providing technical guidance and support to construction teams as required.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and inspections to verify the integrity and functionality of electrical installations, addressing any deficiencies or non-compliance issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings, equipment manuals, and compliance certificates, for record-keeping and future reference.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
