Electrical Engineer

Energy Savers, as part of their team expansion, is looking for dynamic and young electrical engineers to join their team for estimation and sales support. The role will be based in our Dubai office and may require travel to KSA, depending on project requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct site visits to assess existing electrical systems and gather project data. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to generate accurate cost assessments. Develop detailed

Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

for costing and preparing the offer. Assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and providing technical solutions. Define technical requirements for customers and produce cost effective and deliverable solutions. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates. Develop and maintain technical documentation, datasheets, and manuals. Work closely with internal colleagues in all areas.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

A deep offer and application knowledge gained through both technical and sales support experience, 3-4 years minimum. Ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions. A formal qualification in Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech), preferably with experience in a switchgear background (design & estimation) Willingness to travel. Superior communication skills - must be able to speak articulately and professionally, and compose grammatically-correct correspondence and documentation; Ability to work independently as well as part of a Team; Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (mainly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Internet /Social Media tools, and common CRM programs. The ability to carry out power quality surveys as part of the 'technical' sell A good understanding of Power Quality especially power factor correction and active harmonic filtering. Valid UAE driving license
