Electrical Engineer
Job Description
• Experience: 4-5 years of relevant Engineering experience in the UAE.
• Skills & Expertise:
• ? Technical Expertise :
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency measures and sustainable practices.
• ? Work History :
• Experience with large developers or prominent maintenance companies in the UAE.
• Direct or subcontracted work on residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• ? Regulatory Knowledge :
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, safety standards, and DEWA regulations.
• Knowledge of municipality and developer-specific maintenance requirements.
• ? Technical Problem-Solving :
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Experience in handling emergencies like electrical outages, plumbing leaks, or HVAC failures.
• ? Project and Team Management :
• Coordination with clients, subcontractors, and teams for smooth operations.
• Experience in managing maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
