Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a variety of electrical engineering tasks, including designing, developing, and maintaining electrical control systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems and components for construction projects.
• Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installations and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure that project requirements are met.
• Conduct site inspections and testing to ensure compliance with electrical standards and codes.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure that all electrical installations are done according to local and international standards.
• Manage and oversee the work of electrical subcontractors.
• Prepare technical reports, project plans, and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest electrical engineering practices, technologies, and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, and codes.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
