• Design and Planning : Creating electrical plans and layouts for new construction or renovation projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Experience 5-6years.
• Coordination : Working closely with architects, civil engineers, and other construction professionals to integrate electrical systems into the overall building design.
• Project Management : Overseeing the installation of electrical systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.
• System Analysis : Conducting load calculations, energy audits, and feasibility studies to determine the most efficient and cost-effective electrical solutions.
• Safety Compliance : Ensuring that all electrical work complies with safety regulations and standards to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of both workers and future occupants.
• Testing and Inspection : Inspecting and testing electrical systems and components to ensure they function correctly and meet the required specifications.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance : Diagnosing and fixing electrical issues that arise during construction or post-construction and developing maintenance schedules for ongoing system performance.
• Documentation : Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including specifications, technical drawings, and reports.
• Sustainability : Implementing energy-efficient and sustainable electrical designs to reduce environmental impact and operational costs.
• Client Interaction : Communicating with clients to understand their needs, presenting design proposals, and providing technical advice and support.
