NOTE : THIS VACANCY IS FOR AFRICA KAMPALA

• Organize, coordinate and manage the day to day operations
• Maintain strong and supportive relationships with clients, service providers and third-parties
• Monitor subcontractors
• Attend client and management meetings
• Submit requirements for resources (Materials, tools, equipment\'s and manpower)
• Manage petty cash
• Operation and Maintenance of Infra Equipment like: - VCB, Transformer 2500 KVA, Panel 4000 Amp, Capacitor Panel, PAC Panel, Rectifier Panel, UPS Input & Output Panel, Space maker AC, ACDB, DCDB, Earthing, PDU, DG up to 2500 KVA, Power Plant up to 6000Amp, Battery Bank 3060 AH, UPS up to 300 KVA, Precision Air Condition(PAC), Split Air Condition etc.
• Operation and Maintenance of FIRE & Security System: IBMS System, Fire Detection System, Fire Suppression System, VESDA System, Fire Extinguisher- ABC & Foam type, Fire Hydrant System, CCTV, Access Control System, Water Leak Detection System, Anti Rodent System etc.
• Infra readiness for new equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and site up-gradation.
• Maintaining PUE with coordination all Infra Leads.
• Maintaining and Testing of Infra Alarm regularly.
• Control and monitoring OPEX on daily basis.
• To ensure operation of all infra equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Managing the battery backup deep discharge test on annual basis. Maintaining and Managing the thermography test of infra elements on annual basis.
• Maintain proper co-ordination with AMC vendor about Preventive Maintenance of infra elements and ensuring done the PM within due date.
• Maintaining daily checklist of Infra elements
• Maintain proper co-ordination with O & M Manager about DHR of MSC sites
• Maintain proper follow-up with Electricity Board about EB bill collection & deposit.
• Maintaining and Managing the resources and Planning Preventive Maintenance on - Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly & yearly basis.
• Additional hardware availability and stock maintenance of Infra items like (Rectifier Modules, contactors, self, etc).
• Additional changing replacement of Module\xe2\x80\x99s and other devices as per requirement of the customer. Infra readiness for new equipment\xe2\x80\x99s and site up gradation
• Interacting with the Client and carrying out any instructions with the help of the EFS Site Team.
