Electrical Engineer ( DM Approved)

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and overseeing the manufacturing of electrical systems and equipment. You will apply your expertise in electrical theory and engineering principles to ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems and to address any issues that may arise. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to industry standards to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

- Create detailed electrical designs, schematics, and diagrams.

- Develop and test prototypes for electrical systems and components.

- Utilize software tools to design and simulate electrical circuits.

2. Project Management:

- Manage electrical projects from conception through implementation.

- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and departments to ensure project alignment.

3. Testing and Evaluation:

- Conduct tests and evaluations of electrical systems to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

- Analyze test data and troubleshoot issues to optimize performance.

- Implement modifications and improvements based on test results.

4. Compliance and Standards:

- Ensure all electrical designs and systems adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.

- Maintain documentation and records related to compliance and safety.

5. Maintenance and Support:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical systems and equipment.

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing electrical systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers.

- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Innovation and Improvement:

- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve electrical systems and processes.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer (PE)) are a plus.

- Experience: 2 years of experience in electrical engineering, including experience with electrical design, testing, and project management.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP), knowledge of electrical systems and components, and familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.

- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different departments.

Work Environment:

- The role may involve working in various environments, including office settings, laboratories, and on-site locations.

- Depending on the project, some travel may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 3000-4000

Location: International City, Dubai, UAE
