Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Electrical Engineer to manage and execute all aspects of MEP work, including site visits, client communication, project quotations, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits to assess and ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards. Ensure all MEP works comply with local codes, safety standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate documentation of reports, site inspections, and client interactions. Draft and design detailed layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that meet project specifications. Analyze and understand blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution during construction. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate with other departments or contractors. Prepare detailed quotations, cost estimates, and project budgets based on project requirements. Communicate with clients to address project needs, provide progress updates, and resolve challenges effectively. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MEP services. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to foster long-term collaboration. Make informed decisions related to MEP work based on project requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues when necessary.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Proficiency in AutoCAD software. Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety standards. Proven experience in construction industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations. Having a driver's license is an advantage.
