Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of electrical engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, project timelines, and budgets.
• Develop, review, and optimize electrical designs, plans, and layouts, ensuring alignment with project requirements, energy efficiency standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and contractors, to ensure smooth project workflow and communication.
• Conduct site inspections regularly to monitor work quality, compliance with design, and adherence to safety standards.
• Identify potential risks and technical issues, proposing solutions to minimize delays and disruptions to project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including detailed electrical schematics, reports, and inspection records.
• Oversee procurement processes for electrical materials and equipment, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement testing and quality assurance procedures for electrical systems to verify functionality and safety before project handover.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to junior engineers and project team members.
• Develop energy management strategies to enhance the sustainability of electrical systems within project designs.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering technologies, standards, and best practices to apply innovative solutions to projects.

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project execution and design.
• Proven expertise in electrical design, load calculations, power distribution, and project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and project management software.
