Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical & ELV Engineer with a strong background in testing and commissioning to join our team. This position is based in UAE / Saudi Arabia and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of various Mega projects in the region. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems, extensive knowledge of testing and commissioning procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and commissioning activities for Electrical & ELV systems in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures for various equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and construction teams to ensure smooth integration and seamless transition from construction to operational phase.
• Prepare accurate and detailed test reports, documentation, and compliance records, highlighting any deviations from specifications and recommending corrective actions.
• Knowledgeable in preparing method statement.
• Experienced in Hands-on in Electrical Testing and Commissioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ELV Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience (5 years) in testing and commissioning of Electrical systems, preferably in Data Centre and large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and regulations, such as ASHRAE, NEC, IEC, NETA etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in Saudi Arabia or other project locations as required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Primavera.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) and Equivalent Certifications are desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 6,000.00 - 10,000.00 per month

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
