Job Description

We are seeking an

Electrical Draughtsman

to join our MEP team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for electrical systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient designs.

Responsibilities:

Immediate joiner or Visit Visa holder will be considerable.

- Minimum 1-2 Years experience (Fresher also can apply)
- Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts for electrical systems using CAD software.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Ensure that all drawings and designs adhere to industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Review and modify designs to correct any discrepancies or errors.
- Prepare material lists and cost estimates for electrical projects.
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to support the implementation of electrical designs.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in electrical design and CAD software to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Salary:

AED 2,000 to 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Draughtsman in the MEP industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and materials.
- Knowledge of relevant industry codes and standards, such as NEC, IEC, and IEEE.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings and plans.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers and project teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with building construction processes and electrical installation methods.
- Professional certification or licensure in electrical design or drafting is a plus.
- Minimum 4-5 year experience in his field will be preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
