Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Draftsperson with a minimum of [X] years of experience in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for electrical systems and components based on specifications provided by engineers and architects. The Electrical Draftsperson will ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations specific to the GCC area.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed drawings, plans, and diagrams for electrical systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software, adhering to GCC-specific standards and regulations.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather specifications and requirements relevant to GCC projects.

Review and analyze technical specifications and drawings to ensure adherence to GCC building codes, regulations, and standards.

Modify and revise drawings as necessary to correct errors or accommodate changes specific to GCC project requirements.

Prepare documentation packages tailored for construction and installation teams operating within the GCC region.

Provide support during the construction and installation phases by clarifying drawings and resolving technical issues specific to GCC projects.

Maintain drawing files and documentation archives in accordance with GCC regulations and project requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum of [X] years of experience as an Electrical Draftsperson in the GCC region.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant tools specific to GCC standards.

Solid understanding of electrical design principles and practices applicable to GCC regulations.

In-depth knowledge of GCC building codes, regulations, and standards related to electrical systems.

Attention to detail and accuracy in drawing creation and modification for GCC projects.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field (preferred).
