Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MEP Electrical Designer with extensive experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our project lifecycle, contributing to the design and implementation of MEP systems tailored to our clients' specific needs. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical design principles, as well as hands-on experience in interior fit-out requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and draft MEP electrical systems for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop comprehensive MEP designs that integrate seamlessly with architectural plans.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather essential data for design development and implementation.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for MEP systems, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Review and evaluate contractor submissions to verify compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing any design-related queries and ensuring smooth project execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance design efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience (X years) as an MEP Electrical Designer with a focus on interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and standards (NEC, IEC, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
