Job Description

We are seeking experienced ELECTRICAL BIM Modelers to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum 5 YEARS of relevant experience in the field. We are specifically looking for candidates who can join us immediately .

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed electrical BIM models for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall building designs.
• Implement LOD specifications ranging from LOD 100 to LOD 500, ensuring consistency and quality across all project phases.
• Conduct thorough reviews of project documentation and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to establish targets and deliverables for each project phase.
• Utilize clash detection tools to identify and resolve conflicts between electrical systems and other building components at various LOD levels.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and best practices related to BIM modeling.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and technical drawings based on BIM models at different LOD levels.
• Participate actively in project meetings, offering insights and recommendations regarding electrical system design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
