• Develop detailed electrical BIM models based on design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate and integrate electrical systems with architectural, structural, mechanical, and other disciplines within the BIM environment.
• Ensure compliance with UAE-specific electrical codes, regulations, and standards.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of electrical models and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve design conflicts and issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings to identify and resolve clashes between electrical systems and other building components.
• Generate 2D drawings and 3D visualizations from BIM models for presentations and project reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM software tools and industry trends to improve modeling techniques and efficiency.
• Adhere to company and client-specific BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.

• Must have 5 years of experience as Electrical BIM Modeler with previous exposure to projects in the UAE.

• Bachelors degree or Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering or relevant
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UAE electrical systems, codes, regulations, and standards..
• Ability to interpret design drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
