JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and manage detailed 3D electrical BIM models using Revit.
Ensure models comply with project standards and BIM execution plans.
Integrate electrical models with architectural, structural, MEP, and other discipline models.
Resolve design clashes and inconsistencies.
Generate accurate construction documents, drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation.
Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Implement best practices for BIM modeling and project execution.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Participate in coordination meetings to ensure seamless integration of electrical elements.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
5-7 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler in design consulting companies in the GCC.
Advanced proficiency in Revit software for BIM modeling.
Strong knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles and construction processes.
Must be locally available in the UAE.
