Job Description

The job holder is expected to have solid experience of the below responsibilities:

• Operation, Maintenance & Trouble Shoot of Marine Loading Arm, QRH(Quick Release Hook), MOV(Motor Operated Valves),Slope Pump, Stripping Pump, Mast Light, CCTV, Sub Stations, UPS Power system unit support for Emergency supply of plant equipment, Capacitor bank system ATS-Automatic Transfer Switch System, Fire Fighting Equipment's, Cathodic Protection System, Nitrogen Plant,
• Calibration of different types of Transmitters, Gauges, Pressure & Level switches, Magnetic level , MOV Function testing, PSV testing ,Loop checking of field instruments.
• Good Experience in Fire & Gas Instruments H2S,CO, Methyl, Flame, Smoke & Heat Detectors.
• Troubleshooting for all kind of process variable instruments, Electronic and Electrical Devices.
• Familiar with HART-475 , Pressure Comparator, Dead weight Tester, Hand Pump, Temperature calibrator, Digital pressure calibrator.
• Industrial maintenance experience in AC/DC drives and motors, servo drives and motors, VFD, starters, safety relays, control relays, safety switches, proximity switches, conveyor systems, general mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic valves.
• Complete all maintenance as directed in the total productive maintenance plan to ensure optimum performance of the equipment.
• Maintain tools, order and track inventory for repairs. Maintain logs, document equipment repairs, adhere to daily work plan, track time, and communicate daily with the Operations Manager and Lead Engineer.
• Performs a wide variety of functions such as installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for generating, distributing, and utilizing electrical energy.
• Provided full range of electrical work which included installing, modifying, repairing troubleshooting, testing existing and new electrical line, circuits, and systems.
• Hazard & precautionary measures of electrical trade as well proficient in Lock out tagout Verse with ohmmeter, amp meter, voltmeter & circuit tracer.
• Maintain records of all preventative maintenance and other work performed.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control

Minimum 7 years of solid experience in Repair & maintenance of electrical Actuator & Positioner calibration with E& I background .
