• Perform periodic maintenance service on the customer\'s vehicle.
• Address minor repair jobs on customer\'s vehicle without compensating the quality of work.
• Accurately complete all job cards provided & Provide cost estimates to customers that requires or request for additional service jobs.
• Conduct final inspection as per the SOP (standard operating procedure) & Ensure prompt punch in and punch out to get the accurate booking hours.
• Deliver the desired efficiency and productivity as per targets given.

Required Skills To Be Successful

• Knowledge and experience of EV components and systems both high and low voltage.
• Knowledge of all safety procedures related to EV repairs.
• Up to date with the latest technology used in EV cars.
• Logical, lateral and analytical thinking and determined problem solver.

About The TeamThe role will report to the Aftersales Manager and you will be working in a busy EV workshop environmentWhat Equips You For The Role

• Technical certification diploma, ITI, ATA, IMI or equivalent.
• 2-3 years\' experience as EV Technician, retail automotive experience.
• IMI EV Level 1 or 2 - Advantage / Priority.
