Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among team members. Budget and Cost Management: Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
