Identifies knowledge and skills gaps through learning needs analysis processes, with support from the Director of Learning and Customer Experience.
Designs creative, learner-focused materials to build the skills and capabilities of store teams, using blended learning methods and multimedia tools. Assists in the development of learning outcomes that are specific and concise.
Creation of engaging, innovative and accurate blended learning solutions, courses and materials that encourage knowledge retention and transfer, including eLearning development, video content creation, workshop materials, written resources and appropriate assessments.
Review and update learning materials to ensure staff members have the most up to date, engaging learning experiences available to them
Assists in the administration of LMS, including user management and course upkeeping.
Evaluation of course effectiveness and reporting on learning outcomes.
