Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed construction work packs, including work scope, technical requirements, method statements, job cards, ITR's, certification & final acceptance sheets
Ensure work packs cover all activities such as installation, testing, commissioning, and vendor work, including specialized E&I components
Provide technical support to offshore and onshore construction teams, assisting during survey, installation and execution phases
Participate in constructability reviews and similar sessions to enhance project efficiency and execution strategies
Participate in constructability reviews and similar sessions as required
Ensure construction work packs comply with relevant industry codes, standards, and project-specific requirements
Provide estimates for costs and schedules, propose construction installation options where installation could be easier
Monitor design deliverable dates and work pack progress
Review Project completed work packs and documentation on receipt from offshore/ onshore, if necessary, arrange missing documentation to facilitate As- built process close out
Monitor the flow of all work with the objective of improving Construction team productivity, cost, schedule performance, and safety
Ensure proper documentation of all changes, lessons learned, and improvements for future project reference
Support commissioning teams in ensuring a smooth transition from construction to testing and start-up phases
Collaborate with multi-discipline teams (Mechanical, Structural, Piping) to ensure seamless integration of E&I work within the overall project
Qualifications:Qualifications
Typically minimum qualified to ISCED Level 5 (technical diploma / apprenticeship) or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
Knowledge, skills and experience
Minimum 5 years in a similar role
Reasonable level of practical, applied knowledge of construction methods and processes typically gained by a minimum of 2 years on the job experience in relevant industry sector
Have a reasonable technical knowledge of construction discipline and associated process
Ability to identify risk to delivery
Ability to interpret discipline documentation
Basic knowledge and understanding of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPS) and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS)
