To align the Quality Management System and resources with the strategic direction of the Company objectives. Work with the Senior Management team to develop and implement EHSQ strategy for the business and work with the employees to achieve results 2. Establish and monitor quality related KPIs throughout the Refinery and take corrective actions with the relevant team as appropriate. 3. To manage external relationships with EHSQ related authorities 4. To implement appropriate LEAN principles to improve customer satisfaction and improve EHS efficiency in all areas of the Refinery. 5. To ensure Company compliance with Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Safety and Occupational Health regulations and Company policies and provide hands-on support to all Departments in implementing standards and addressing issues in the areas of Environment, 6. Ensuring incidents, accidents and quality issues are effectively analyzed and resolved and learning is shared to enhance processes and systems across the Refinery. 7. Maintain good housekeeping, cleanliness and orderliness within the area of responsibility as per company standards. 8. Comply with safety requirements and encourages safe working practices. 9. Adhere to the QMS system, OHSAS (18001), ISO 14001 (EMS) and HACCP / Food Safety System (22000) and SEDEX requirements. 10. Team Management: 10.1 Manage the team to successfully achieve their job responsibilities. 10.2 Conduct professional interviews and participate in the final selection of the best-fit talents to fill in vacant positions within the department 10.3 Work on the continuous learning, development and improvement of the team capabilities within their functional jobs to leverage the necessary skill levels to effectively deliver work accountabilities. 10.4 Set goals for the team and provide the required guidance and hand-in-hand support. 10.5 Ensure the teamxe2x80x99s engagement and motivation to enable the successful achievement of goals in a positively challenging work environment. 11.
