Certification: NEBOSHJob Summary:As an EHS Specialist at Xad Technologies, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in the execution of fixed and mobile network projects. Your role will include developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs and policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that all operational activities adhere to Huawei\'s EHS standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities: * EHS Program Development and Implementation:

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs and policies in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all EHS programs meet NEBOSH standards and Huawei-specific guidelines.
• Risk Assessment and Management:

• Conduct regular risk assessments for fixed and mobile network projects.
• Identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure risk assessments are documented and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
• Compliance and Audits:

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international EHS regulations.
• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management and recommend corrective actions.
• Training and Development:

• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
• Ensure all personnel are trained on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Keep records of all training activities and certifications.
• Incident Management:

• Investigate EHS incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
• Implement corrective actions and follow up on their effectiveness.
• Communication and Reporting:

• Maintain effective communication with project teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and submit EHS reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.
• Ensure all EHS documentation is up to date and accessible.
• Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest EHS trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Continuously improve EHS policies and procedures based on industry developments and feedback.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or engineering field.
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
• Extensive experience with Huawei projects and familiarity with their EHS standards and practices.
• Proven experience in EHS management within the telecommunications industry, particularly in fixed and mobile network projects.
• Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations.
• Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Additional certifications in EHS-related fields.
• Experience with EHS management software and tools.
• Project management experience.
