Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counsellor to join Jaipur National University's Ras Al Khaimah Campus. The Academic Counsellor will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting students in their academic journey, ensuring a seamless transition into university life, and helping them achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized guidance to students on courses, universities, and career options.
• Assist in the admission and application process for various programs.
• Conduct counselling sessions to understand student aspirations and match them with suitable opportunities.
• Stay updated on academic trends, programs, and admission requirements.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Promote the university's programs through outreach activities and events.
• Call and follow up rigorously on leads to ensure high conversion rates.
• Generate organic leads

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Education or Psychology preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of educational programs and career counselling techniques.
• Prior experience in counselling or admissions (preferred).
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping students succeed.
