Provide counseling to students/working professionals and help them to choose the right learning program
Understanding the customer requirement and mapping appropriate training programs and solutions through telephonic sales, which involves instant strategic study of the potential customers while on call, understanding their preferences and devising sales plan accordingly
Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audience and weekly closures by continuous follow-ups
Record progression of leads from identification to closure
Responsible for achievement of target and beyond
Give excellent customer service when required, maintain positive customer relations and follow all company policies and procedures
Managing long term client relationship - developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through attaining referrals from converted leads
Report deficiencies in system/process if any and ensure solutions for the same
Maintain accuracy, quality and professionalism in sending out communications to the customers keeping in mind representation of IMC as a leading training provider
Enhance team performance in terms of quality and consistency and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
