This role focuses on converting leads into enrolled students by offering personalized guidance and building strong relationships with prospective clients.

As an Educational Consultant specializing in lead conversion, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and their families, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. You will convert inquiries into successful enrollments by offering tailored solutions, addressing concerns, and ensuring that students are matched with the right programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads through various channels (phone, email, in-person, social media) to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Assess students' academic needs and goals, and recommend appropriate courses or programs.
- Provide in-depth information about educational offerings, services, and the benefits of studying at Roshin Education Center.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
- Follow up with leads consistently to answer questions, resolve concerns, and close sales.
- Track and maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead conversion, sales, or educational consultancy. (Experience in the field of Germany migration is an added advantage)

- Proven track record of achieving sales or conversion targets in an education-related environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify student needs and match them with suitable programs.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
