:Our client, a leading organization in the arts and culture sector, is seeking a passionate and experienced Education and Community Outreach Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing educational programs and community outreach initiatives that align with the organizations mission to promote arts and culture within the community.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Design, implement, and manage educational programs that engage diverse audiences, including schools, universities, and community groups.
\xc2\xb7 Develop curriculum and educational materials that support the organization's goals and objectives.
\xc2\xb7 Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make adjustments to improve outcomes.
\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the organizations programs.
\xc2\xb7 Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and exhibitions to raise awareness of the organizations mission and activities.
\xc2\xb7 Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage underrepresented and underserved communities.
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with internal teams, including communications, marketing, and events, to ensure cohesive and effective program delivery.
\xc2\xb7 Identify and establish partnerships with external organizations to expand the reach and impact of educational and outreach programs.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with artists, educators, and cultural practitioners to enhance program offerings.
\xc2\xb7 Develop and manage the budget for education and outreach programs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
\xc2\xb7 Seek funding opportunities, including grants and sponsorships, to support program initiatives.
\xc2\xb7 Oversee the procurement of materials and resources necessary for program delivery.
\xc2\xb7 Track program participation, outcomes, and feedback to assess impact and inform future planning.
\xc2\xb7 Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies in the delivery of programs.Requirements\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in Education, Arts Administration, Community Development, or a related field.
\xc2\xb7 5+ years of experience in education, community outreach, or a similar role, preferably within the arts and culture sector.
\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in program development, management, and evaluation.
\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of the educational landscape and community needs in the UAE.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
