Job Title: EDM Operator

:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EDM operator to join our team. As a EDM operator, you will be responsible for operating EDM to produce precision components according to specifications. Your expertise in EDM wire & spark erosion, programming, and quality control will contribute to our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up EDM machines by loading materials, tools, and fixtures.

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.

Program machine controls using G-code or other programming languages.

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine performance or program execution.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet deadlines.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a EDM Operator, specializing in Wire & Spark Erosion operations.

Proficiency in setting up, operating, and programming EDM machines.

Strong understanding of EDM machining principles, tooling, and materials.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.

Experience with G-code programming or other CNC programming languages.

Skilled in using precision measuring instruments to ensure part accuracy.

Attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances.

Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
