A true wordsmith extraordinaire, you\'ll be tasked with crafting compelling and engaging copy that resonates with our target audience across various platforms.The role involves conceptualizing and delivering impactful messaging for a range of projects, including print or broadcast materials such as newspaper and magazine ads, television commercials, direct mail campaigns, and radio announcements. You\'ll integrate copy with graphic images, music, and other visual/sound components, showcasing a keen understanding of brand voice, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to infuse creativity into every word.Key Accountabilities
Write compelling marketing and promotional materials for a wide variety of products and services.
Produce clear and error-free content across multiple communication channels that reflects the company's voice and adheres to brand guidelines.
Take responsibility for writing marketing publications and promotional materials.
Develop marketing content for various media, including but not limited to magazines, newsletters, ads, websites, blogs, and social networking websites.
Create editorial calendars and generate content for company blogs, as well as managing content posting on social networking sites.
Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing campaign managers to understand the products and services being sold and how each client wishes them to be presented to the public.
Engage with multimedia professionals to determine which sound and visual elements to incorporate with the copy. Also, liaise with internal and external art specialists to advise on style and copy length.
After gathering all necessary information, commence creating a copy that persuades the target market to purchase or use the company's products and services.
Generate copy for various marketing materials, such as articles, newsletters, speeches, and other publicity materials, employing different styles and tones to reach diverse audiences.
Ensure the copy is creative, attention-grabbing, effective, and meets audience needs.
Utilize various computer software programs for word processing, data entry, and conducting Internet research.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Creative Writing, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a similar major.
At least 8 years of experience in similar field working as creative copywriter or content developer.
Must have superior writing, editing and proofreading skills,
Understanding grammar rules and how to construct clear sentences
Being mindful of things like flow, readability, and sentence variety
Computer literacy, as content writers
Ability to use computers to create projects and to communicate with their team
An understanding of search engine optimization best practices
The ability to cooperate with other writers and editors to complete projects
The ability to give feedback on writing projects
Effective presenters and work well with different personalities and across functional departments.
Excellent listener, energetic, flexible and highly organized.
