cPosition Overview:
As the E-Commerce Sales Specialist & Telesales Representative , your role will be a combination of managing our online sales platform and driving telesales to engage potential customers, answer product queries, and close sales. Your expertise in musical instruments will be crucial in advising customers on their purchases, guiding them to the best products for their needs, and ensuring a personalized shopping experience. Whether online or via phone, you will play a key role in expanding our reach and growing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• E-Commerce Sales Management: Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, including monitoring sales performance, processing customer orders, and ensuring smooth fulfillment. Ensure that online product listings are accurate and optimized for search engines.
• Telesales Engagement: Proactively conduct outbound calls to new leads and follow up on inbound inquiries. Engage customers in conversations about their musical instrument needs and offer personalized product recommendations based on their musical style, experience level, and preferences.
• Musical Instrument Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of musical instruments--such as guitars, drums, keyboards, wind instruments, audio equipment, and more--to advise customers effectively. Answer questions about product features, compare different models, and suggest accessories that complement their purchases.
• Sales & Conversion Optimization: Monitor website traffic and conversion rates, leveraging insights to improve sales and engagement. Develop strategies to improve telesales performance, such as upselling and cross-selling related products during calls.
• Customer Support & Consultation: Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized assistance and product recommendations online and via phone. Guide customers through the buying process, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
• Promotions & Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute online sales campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special discounts. Reach out to customers via phone or email to notify them of exclusive offers or limited-time deals.
• Order Fulfillment & Coordination: Ensure that all online orders are processed accurately and delivered in a timely manner. Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and ensure orders are shipped out as scheduled.
• Customer Retention & Loyalty: Foster long-term relationships with customers by offering post-purchase support, such as advice on instrument care, accessories, and upgrades. Engage customers through follow-up calls and emails to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge in Musical Instruments
• Previous experience in e-commerce sales, telesales, or customer service, preferably in the musical instrument or music industry. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Noon is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers via phone, email, and chat.
• A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to solve customer problems, handle objections, and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Immediate joiner is preferred
