E-COMMERCE SUPERVISOR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-commerce Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all e-commerce activities, from order processing to customer service, while optimizing our online sales and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• E-commerce Operations Management:
• Supervise and manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring timely order processing and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and prompt shipment of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the procurement team to manage stock replenishment.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate the e-commerce team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Customer Service:
• Oversee customer service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
• Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Website Management:
• Ensure the website is up-to-date with accurate product information, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO, online marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor website performance and user experience, identifying and addressing any issues.
• Sales and Performance Analysis:
• Analyze sales data and website metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Implement strategies to drive online sales and increase conversion rates.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, IT, and finance, to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms and resolve any issues.
• Compliance and Security:
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor and maintain website security, protecting customer data and preventing fraud.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and online marketing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
